Organisational Culture

Culture is like an organisation’s “operating system”, shaping how decisions are made and how people behave. It has the power to bring people together or push them away; to facilitate or even hinder the execution of strategy. It is not about what is communicated, but what is actually practised. As a Barrett Values Centre® certified consultant, I support organisations that wish to understand their real culture, the aspirations of their employees, their areas of concern and opportunities for improvement, and the degree of alignment of their leaders, to intentionally develop the desired culture.

My Journey

I have always believed in the power of human connection to transform realities. This belief guided me through a professional journey that began in business consulting for SMEs, evolved through entrepreneurship and the management of a franchise network in northeastern Brazil, and today forms the foundation of my work in Career, Leadership and Organisational Culture.

For nearly 30 years, I navigated challenging environments, structuring and managing businesses and leading people. In 2021, I started a new chapter: I decided to put my experience at the service of human development and cultural transformation within organisations.
