Leadership, Culture and Wellbeing Assessments

I am a Barrett Values Centre® certified consultant, to apply its Personal Values, Leadership Values, Organizational Culture and Wellbeing assessment tools. All of them are based on the Barrett Model® developed by Richard Barrett and are applied through widely recognized technology that combines ease of use with richness of results. Its methodology has been tested and improved over more than 25 years of experience in thousands of organizations around the world. Organizational Culture Development

The only great certainty in today's corporate world is change. And to deal with increasingly complex and unpredictable scenarios, organizations need to develop cultures that are both: strong, to generate a sense of belonging and integrate people through values and purpose; and flexible, so that they are open to adapting to changes in direction, evolving continuously and "hand in hand" with the strategy. My Journey

I have a solid management background and more than 20 years’ entrepreneurial and executive experience in the retail sector (franchising). I ran the administrative-financial and human resources areas of the company I co-founded, where I was also a member of the Board of Directors for the last few years, until the end of 2020. Previously, I worked in management consultancy for small and medium-sized businesses and was a tutor on short programs for retail entrepreneurs.
